Job summary and scope

GBM / Finacle L2 Support: Lead - Responsible for GBM production operations and support of GBM customizations

Work responsibility

• Supporting the following GBM module operations and GBM related customizations.

• Support for CBDT, PPF, SCSS, RBI BOND, EXIM ,Pension, State tax and GST modules operations in GBM.
• Tracking logs and provide workarounds for GBM production operational issues.
• Tracking the timelines of GBM Customizations and providing coordination for successful completion.
• Having Basic Finacle Knowledge
• Execute Processes and Procedure as defined.
• Manage the application deployments as per the defined process.
• Discuss with Bank team for GBM business requirements.
• Tracking and resolving GBM operational issues raised by branches in timely manner.
• Logging call with Service Providers internal or external and follow-up to closure
• Track and escalate the call to DL / Service Providers, if the problem requires their assistance to resolve the call.
• Primary Testing for the fixes received from vendor in T&D.
• Help bank in UAT for the fixes received from vendor
• Follow change management process and prepared QAD forms for movement to production for fixes / releases received.
• Carry out DC-DR activity as and when scheduled
• Planning, scheduling and providing support for pension payment activity.
• Planning, scheduling and supporting Month end, Year end and Quarter end activities of GBM.
• Maintain and publish Minutes of the meeting for all meetings with vendor and bank.
• Experience in GBM Product and implementations.
• Experience in handling of additional requirements in GBM module.

Minimum Qualifications

BE / B-Tech / MCA /MS in Electronics / Computers / Software / Communications or equivalent qualifications. Diplomas and other bachelor degrees can be considered where adequate knowledge and experience can be exhibited.

• Experience in Java and Java based applications.
• Knowledge in FI and Connect 24 transactions.

• SQL/PL SQL Knowledge
• Experience in handling and debugging sql stored procedures, functions and complex queries.
