I .Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesII. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasksIII. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsIV. Produce timely and detailed service reportsV. Document processesVI. Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systemsVII. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocolsVIII. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisationIX. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsX.
