Job Description
I. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches II. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks III. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions IV. Produce timely and detailed service reports V. Document processes VI. Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems VII. Follow all company\xe2\x80\x99s filed procedures and protocols VIII. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation IX. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings X. Build positive relationships with customers Must have BIKE and MOBILE PHONE Job Type: Full-time Salary: 912,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
