What are my responsibilities?
1. Prime responsibility will include Labor law compliance for order execution such as Attendance Register, Wages Register with Wage Disbursement proof, PF & ESIC Challans, TRRN Slips with ECRs, Professional Tax Challans, Labour Welfare Fund Contribution Deposition Challans, Indemnity bond, Calculations of Full & Final Dues for Siemens , Service Contract & Service Partner Employees upto collection of payment
2. To manage Service Partners related data eg. Service Partners Employees incl. Trainings, ID cards, their compliance documentation readiness, Labor laws to comply
3. To manage training program by Power Academy eg Participant invitation, Participant coordination, any other local arrangements
4. To manage Testing kits & assets database incl. Calibration & upkeep of equipment
5. To support Order execution team in project closure documentation, PIDI, GRN etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Any Graduate
• Knowledgeable & experienced in Labour Law Compliance
• Must have exposure to Business of Trainings & Field services in Electrification & Automation
• Good Communication Skills.
