Position: Electrical Application Engineer Qualification: M.Tech/ BE/ B.Tech. In Electrical Experience: 1 to 3 Years Location: Bangalore The Electrical Applications Engineer (EAE) is responsible for customer support in set-up and commissioning by supplying product field support of existing, electrical products. With additional responsibilities for improving existing products in order to meet stated project goals and product specifications by customers. The successful FAE will be responsible for following the application sizing of servo drive systems, the electrical design, creation of customer electrical specification drawings, testing, documenting, and reporting within a team environment. They will identify and control design risks, will work with the team to obtain priorities and meet project timelines. Develop and/or collate sample documents, applications and other sales enablement materials for use by sales and marketing teams. Provide technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with sales and services teams to specify, recommend and architect comprehensive customer solutions. Participate in and support the sales proposal process, including software and services elements. Skills: 1-3 years of experience in handling power simulation software\xe2\x80\x99s Exposure to power simulation softwares like PSIM/Matlab/JMAG/Caspoc etc Proficiency in explaining utility of product/services portfolio to electrical power utilities, consultants and industrial establishments. Good Electrical concepts with application knowledge Exposure to SMPS/BLDC/HEV/Motor Control design would be an added advantage Experience in product positioning Good communication skills Self-starter/ learner Responsibilities: Discussing customer\'s needs and identifying suitable product mix Conduct presentation on products/concepts Providing Pre and Post product support Conducting / Initiating Product seminars and conferences Deliver demo and technical presentation Carry out PoC based on customer requirement Resolve customer\'s critical technical problems Soft Skills: Excellence in teamwork.
