SA Technologies Inc. is hiring for FAE (Field Application Engineer) for the Bangalore location.

Job Qualifications:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in the Industrial & Automotive field.

Job Purpose:

• To create value for clients through sales of all clients\' brands, within corporate guidelines, with the objective of increasing market share and revenue in INDIA.
• To provide technical support and total solutions for all clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide End-application total solution & technical & product advice & recommendations to end users & customers (pre & post sales).
• Technology training & track leads & plan database, organize seminars for customers, handle customer complaints & follow up on delivery/commitment.
• Update customers on new product information & record response. Update competitive environment. Report
• market intelligence and recommend marketing strategy, pricing policy and implement promotion activities.
• Call end users, visit key accounts/customers to understand needs & complaints, provide technical information & support & suggestion solution, and prepare proposals to meet needs and overcome objections.
• Coordinate and provide assistance to a customer survey, participate in special products, control business expenses

Overview:

• The role involves the responsibility of business development.
• The client is a manufacturer of electronic components ( passives, semiconductors) so this role will help in generating business in the market ( automotive).
• The job responsibilities will include meeting customers and providing product information, getting their inputs, working with clients\' R&D team for their Project design support & schematic Review & also giving inputs as per customer requirements.
