• Responsible for collection and verification of data from different stakeholders
• Quarterly zero loss analysis & stratification to identify loss opportunities
• Identifying the projects from zero loss analysis
• Alignment of stakeholders and resources to drive projects with Advanced FI, DMAIC, D-lite, JDI methodologies
• .Development of governance mechanism & layered process audit system for project progress and sustenance
• Escalation of hurdles in project progress to leadership and get support
• Capability development of shop floor team by conducting training and workshops to implement DMAIC, OEE, Lean, basic problem-solving Tools at shop floor
• Conducting audits for ensuring compliance of completed activities and timely project completion
• Goodyear Global losses awareness in the plant to build zero loss mindset of the team
• Building capability of shop floor team to calculate the benefits of the improvements on machines
• Financial validation (baselines and actual) of the improvements on the shop floor through FI projects by FBP
• Communication on the shop floor - one to one, display, group training, workshops
• Kaizen coordinator in the business center
• Responsible for Layered Process Audit. Ensuring the day-to-day jobs & linkage to the environment & impact on the environment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical (or any other).
• Six Sigma Black belt Certification
• Around 10-12 years of experience in Manufacturing (preferably in a tire Industry.
• Should be a Six Sigma expert & should have exposure to drive Six Sigma across the process Industry.
• Exposure to working on cost-saving projects.
• Exposure to working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to handling or working with unionized staff.
• Experience in providing Six Sigma training to salaried & hourly associates.
• Good understanding of man related Focussed Improvement implementation issues
• Good exposure to Six Sigma projects.
• Certified Six Sigma Black belt.
• Proficient in working on Minitab.
• Exposure in conducting the zero loss analysis.
• Exposure to leading, coaching & mentoring the Six Sigma projects.
• Identifying the cost loss opportunities & driving the projects based on the same.
• Master Cost & Losses Models & Link to Savings
• Has experience in Lean manufacturing, WCM & other lean tools.
• Understanding of Kaizens, 5S, SPC, VSM & other QC/Lean tools.
• Should be a good team player.
• Should have a good logical & analytical mindset.
• Proficient in MIS reporting & in MS Office.
• Knowing Marathi will be an added advantage.
