Responsibilities: Support incubatee scouting and onboarding including technical onsite due diligence. Working with the incubatees incubation team in product development, research and analysis. Involve and support the team in conducting innovation challenges, workshops and hackathons. Involve and support the team in research and documentation that may include technology research to impact studies. Qualification and Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Entrepreneurship or closely related field Strong interpersonal and analytical skills along with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and deliver on a deadline Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, as well as the ability to adjust communication approach to various audiences. Open to travel on site for fieldwork and onsite events. Desirable: Degree in Mechanical/ Agricultural/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering Previous experience with an incubation program or social enterprise is a plus. Exposure to the development sector, it can be through academic internships/field work or volunteering experience. Proficiency in Kannada or Odia is a plus
