Role Name: Oracle CoE Lead Desired Experience Range: 8 years to 15 Years Location of Requirement: Hyderabad Must-Have Strong previous experience working in Oracle-based implementations, including OCI and Fusion platforms Experience of working with systems in Finance and finance operations domain: Accounting, Billing, Procurement, Sub-ledgers and General Ledgers, Finance Performance and Analytics Experience in Oracle finance platforms for ERP and/or Billing Should have functional / business knowledge on financial products Ability to combine strong conceptual and critical thinking and apply a practical mind to drive tasks Flexible and adaptable Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills Experience handling products on different solution models (SaaS, PaaS, managed service etc.) Proven track record of using industry standard processes and frameworks Experience working financial services or similar regulated organisations Experience of working in global organisations and sophisticated post-merger integration programmes with significant business impact Experience of developing and influencing strategic working relationships with key technology suppliers Experience of developing technology strategies, defining and supervising budgets, and leading teams to deliver in a service-focused environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to known concerns and adapt accordingly Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across multiple Functions A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset Frequently keeps up to date with the latest industry development and technology innovations Flexible in approach, adapting plans and strategies to help handle risks around ambiguity Strategic problem solver with strong intuition for business and well-versed in current technological trends and business concepts Education and Professional Skills Professional qualification or equivalent. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject. Solid English reading/writing capability required. Strong communication & articulation skills. Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the overall platform (ORMB, EBS, EPM & EDM) Manage OIC and integration capabilities (inbound and outbound integrations) Batch and scheduler configurations Manage extensions and maintenance of IaaS / PaaS Technical Workflow configurations - schedulers and Development of Oracle Reports (Operational Reports) Ownership of Oracle platform and supporting tools roadmap Manage release notes and ensure capabilities have information needed to prepare the business Effective utilisation and management of platform environments Driving best practices and platform adoption across the technology and Finance teams Own governance framework and associated guardrails to ensure efficient and robust operation of platform Simplify and improve experience of fellow technology teams and users in adopting platform capabilities Lead release validation and associated governance across multiple capability teams and user groups
