You will be working as Finance CoE Lead Energy Industries and will be part of Process Automation business for Energy Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Chief Finance Officer (CFO), PAEN and will be responsible for leading Division Finance Center of expertise for PAEN team based in Bangalore, Mexico and Poland. You will be responsible for implementing the future strategy and direction for the team, designed by division CFOs. Your responsibilities Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with local or hub division controllers in order to support their business model in the most efficient manner Driving continuous improvement by providing specialist knowledge and experience in relevant finance processes Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the PAEN finance CoE, ensuring that all standards are met and procedures are followed, establishing priorities and schedules Reviewing and monitoring PAEN finance CoE to identify trends and problem areas, reporting on risks, key performance indicators and proposed corrective actions or new approaches Ensuring simplification and standardization of various finance processes Planning and monitoring staffing, overseeing recruitment and any other administrative functions related to the smooth functioning of the team Your background Master\'s or Professional Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance, Controlling and Accounting inclusive of leadership experience of running big teams Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective Very good understanding of ABB business set-up and interconnections Ability to interact with business stakeholders at various levels Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks More about us ABB Energy Industries is enabling safe, smart and sustainable projects and operations for businesses across the oil, gas, chemicals, life sciences, power generation and water sectors.
