Oversee Design, develop and manage branding and recruitment campaigns for/on social media, Professional Media, Career site and other channels illustrating Life at Ford Business Solutions
Improve the company's career website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates and enhances FBS India employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice
Leverage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create flexible, targeted marketing messaging by keeping in mind on Ford's culture.
Liaise with media agency partners
Oversee and implement Employer Brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely manner
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication
Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest
Develop communications strategies and reconcile related marketing budgets
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to enforce strategy
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors' programme.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity and promotes and supports the organizations mission
Put in place system to evaluate the effectiveness of employer brand and recruitment advertising strategies and regularly reports for review and recommended actions
Internal Communications:
The Lead, Internal Communications will be an individual contributor who will project manage different types of internal communications projects for India - from strategy to planning, execution, delivery, tracking and reporting.
Develop and execute internal communications for high-tech employees (10,000+ resources) that reflect and position Ford as a world-class workplace
Manage Leadership Communications
Lead, develop and execute a regional internal communications strategy in alignment with the global strategy and priorities
Develop and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the department and company
Create and execute engaging content for internal communications
Manage internal channels (Intranet, e-mailing, TV screens, internal social networks, etc)
Maintain and continually improve proactive, and effective internal communications process across FBS India
Develops communications plans, presentations, articles, mailers, videos, newsletter etc.
Provides editorial and design support to internal stakeholders (HR and other support functions)
Management and monitoring of budgets and vendors
Employee engagement:
Responsible to address how happy, comfortable and engaged employees are in their workplace environment
Responsible to develop ideas/plan for enterprise-wide events/activities supporting organizational objectives & culture.
Bring lots of creativity by hosting internal events were employees get their creative juices flowing after a stressful day / an opportunity for people to be engaged.
Look at the whole FBS facility in a wholistic level make use of it effectively for conducting the right events.
Plan and implement weekly social wellness event and maintain an annual event calendar.
Collaborate with different Employee Resource Groups.
Manage regular governance, manager budget and reviews with respective stakeholders.
Matrix reporting to stakeholders.
Draft all employee communication and collaborate the FBS Communications lead to do the wider circulation.
Work closely with Ford empaneled vendors who are working on Wellness, Cafeteria, Environment etc
