The Four Seasons Hotel & Residences are spread across two immaculately designed 30-story towers - The South & North Towers. The hotel comprises of 234 guest rooms, including 31 Executive Suites, a Presidential Suite and 13,000 sq. ft. of Banquet Spaces.

An exciting addition to Bengaluru\xe2\x80\x99s culinary scene, the Hotel will introduce several unique dining outlets to the city, including the finest Asian Brasserie restaurant serving Chinese, Japanese and Tjobhai cuisines; a specialty Bar with a bespoke concept serving artfully crafted Cocktails, an All Day Dining restaurant with a global street kitchen concept, a Lobby Lounge designed for social and business meetings and a Pool Bar offering innovative mocktails, cocktails and light meals.

With a spacious Ballroom, Meeting Rooms and Outdoor Lawns spread over 13,000 square feet; the hotel will be the perfect destination for memorable celebrations and events.

Position

The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is looking for Guest Ambassadors. Your responsibilities will include welcoming, Greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons\xe2\x80\x99 policies. You will also -

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.

Is completely aware of the hotels upsell program and strives towards achieving the companies upsell goal.

Has a thorough understanding of and actively uses available resources, including databases and personal contacts; Provides individual assistance and accurate information in an effective and timely manner; offers a special touch when an opportunity is presented

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer

Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

A customer-oriented and professional attitude; An outgoing personality ; Outstanding communication abilities

Degree or Diploma in any discipline including candidates pursuing education in Aviation.
