Administration: To discharge the duties effectively and efficiently.

Financial:
Ensure movement of goods within hotel is properly supported and documented.
To ensure all stocks of the hotel is monitored and is controlled.
To prepare and issue various cost reports for Management analysis.
To ensure all stores are reconciled on regular intervals.
Controlling Expiry of items and Spoilage.
Handling Audits
Filing monthly Excise return.
Preparing Daily and monthly food cost report.
Proper maintain Food & Beverage cost receipes.
Operational : Assist FM on daily a activities as follows:
Daily Physical Inventories
Daily Mini Bar Reconciliation
Daily liquor Excise records
Weekly and Monthly inventory schedules for various areas.
Daily Inventory reconciliation and deviation report
Daily Banquet Function physical audits.
Personnel:
Closely work with Income Auditor ,F & B and Materials to ensure effective controls.
