What You Will Do Manage and coach our front-end agronomy and installation staff to deliver amazing services Make Kheyti\'s first-time \'customers\' into long-term \'clients\' through timely customer service and trust building Deliver the best customer experience to our farmers - live and breathe our value of \'farmer-centricity\' Build strong relationships with new and existing farmers through field visits and remotely through our call center Solve customer complaints effectively and quickly; coordinate well with other teams to ensure quick resolution Get referrals from existing farmers and handover to the sales team to intensify in existing regions.
