Faculty - Electric Vehicle Technology Location : Coimbatore Salary : As Per Industry Norms Job Type : Full Time Education : B.tech/B.E and Diploma - Mechanical, Civil, EE, EEE, ECE, Petroleum Experience : 2-7 years We are looking for someone who has expertise in electric vehicles and/or hybrid powertrains. In particular we are looking for someone who can directly contribute to the ambitions of the department in terms of teaching and research. The successful applicant will have a graduate qualification in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related discipline. If from a professional practice/industry background, the successful applicant will have a qualification equivalent to degree level (or above) together with relevant professional experience within the Engineering Sector. A teaching qualification and experience of teaching in higher education is desirable. Experience of working in or collaborating with relevant industry is desirable and there will be opportunities to work with industry on knowledge exchange projects. We require particular expertise in sustainable technologies such as Hybrid and Electric vehicles.
