Dashmesh Mechanical Works (LANDFORCE), Amargarh Punjab, India, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Head to oversee the fabrication of critical equipment like Rotavator, thresher, shredders ( Fabrication assembly and paint ) for farm applications and engineering projects Must have-Responsibilities & Key Deliverables \xc2\xb7 Establishing and managing the manufacturing operation for fabrication ,assembly and paint work . \xc2\xb7 Coordination with overseas principles and manufacturing associates in India to ensure the efficient production process and maintaining quality standard and driving cost manufacturing process . \xc2\xb7 Oversee the production process, from raw material procurement to final product assembly, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Implement quality control measures to ensure that manufactured equipment meets regulatory standards and customer requirements. \xc2\xb7 Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies to optimize resource utilization and maximize profitability. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of manufacturing activities.
