Posted On: 14th Sep 2021 One of our clients is dealing in custom-design & fine furniture making. They create tailor-made bespoke furniture that defines our customers. They are a one-stop-shop for everything Home Decor. Besides custom made furniture, they also offer a whole collection of upholstery fabrics, window blinds, outdoor wicker furniture. Currently, they are looking for a Factory Manager. Job Brief: We are looking to hire an experienced factory manager to supervise factory workers and ensure that factory targets are met. The factory manager's responsibilities include scheduling building and equipment maintenance as needed, regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direction, coordination, planning, scheduling production of Furniture for Interior Fit-out Projects.
- To reduce losses & overall manufacturing costs (Time Management/ Machine & Raw Material)
- Knowledge of modular furniture.
- Should have worked as a furniture factory Production manager
- Should have strong & extensive knowledge about woodwork, metal, paint, materials, fabrics, machinery & furniture design drawings.
- Should be aware of Vendor Management.
- Team Handling, Material handling, stock maintenance, wastage control, material planning & requirement.
