Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations
Managing Petty cash & Invoicing, Reports Generation
Strong team-building, decision-making and people management skills
Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory
Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
Resolving any factory-related issues.
Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients.
Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and Tally.
