• We are seeking a Factory Manager who possesses strong leadership skills and experience in managing manufacturing operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• The candidate has to be driven, without any give up spirit and can do attitude.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage and supervise production staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all production equipment and machinery are functioning properly and safely.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments such as sourcing, quality, dispatch, packaging, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing/admin, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
