: - Planning, organizing, and coordinating production processes to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensuring that production schedules are followed, and production goals are achieved efficiently. - Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. - Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and enforcing safety regulations and protocols. - Managing and optimizing the use of resources such as raw materials, labor, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize waste. - Monitoring and controlling production costs to meet budgetary targets. Identifying areas for cost-saving measures without compromising on product quality. - Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and conducting performance evaluations. - Coordinating maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production. - Continuously evaluating production processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing necessary changes. - Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of materials for production while minimizing excess stock. * Minimum 5 years of experience required specially who have worked in Food Production company. *Note: Preferable Gujarati Language speaking candidates Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
