Oversee the manufacturing process from raw material procurement to finished product assembly, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications. Monitor and analyze production metrics, such as production output, efficiency, and scrap rates, and implement corrective actions as needed to improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to drive process improvements, resolve production issues, and ensure product quality. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems. Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence, process improvements, and cost reductions. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse workforce. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
