Topmost Bakery chain in India is hiring MALE Factory HR Officer*for *Mumbai & Kolkata - IR, COMPLIANCE, ESIC, PAYROLL, FACTORY ADMINISTRATION, LIASONING, STRIKE MATTERS< LABOUR LAWS

. Taking care of Recruitment

Ensure to Maintain properly HR files and employee master databases

Maintain Insurance policy as per company policies & norms.

Looking over the Plant administration activities.

Prepare of Attendance & Leave, Salary & Wages, P.F, E.S.I.C, Over Time, Incentives etc. with out error.

Responsible for Plant administration.

. Organizing Medical check-up of all the workers & employees.

. Pesticides & Termite Treatment as and when required.

. Co-ordinate with Travel agent for all domestic travel arrangements for directors and senior Management executives.

. Coordinate with external (MTNL, MSEB, VSNL, Labour Dept., Factory Inspector & rest statutory bodies) and internal vendor for smooth operation.

. Proper maintenance of companys asset & intellectual property like: - Fax, EPBX, Xerox, AC machine.

. Taking care of AMC for the machinery equipments & Leave & License Agreement for companys accommodations.

Responsible for Monthly MIS reports as and when is required by Sr. management.

Arrangement of functions Indoors & Outdoors for employees and workers.

Responsible for workers & employees cognizant facilities, like: - Uniforms & Safety Shoes, Housekeeping, Welfare measures, Transportation, Canteen, Safety Measures etc

Exp: - 5 yrs +

Ctc: - 5 lpa
