JR40819 Facility Technician Be responsible for individual FAC system\xe2\x80\x99s reliability, improvement, 6S issue and expansion. Ensure FAC system running within the spec. Responsibilities and tasks: Operate and maintenance, supervise and manage all works and tasks pertaining to:- \xc2\xb7 All facility electrical works related to of Mechanical system switch board, electrical services to Cleanroom and facilities power supply form mechanical Process System, Fire Fighting and Building Management System. \xc2\xb7 All facilities operation, maintenance and engineering activities \xc2\xb7 Develop and Maintain SOO, SOP, PM and engineering drawings and others regulatory requirements in support of production process and business needs. \xc2\xb7 Other facilities cross functioning support. \xc2\xb7 Give training to FAC technicians. \xc2\xb7 Control FAC system running cost. \xc2\xb7 Able to work 12hrs shift. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in PLC and field instruments would be added advantages \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in LOTO management is a must. \xc2\xb7 Self-initiated and able to work independently. \xc2\xb7 To carry out daily routine inspection on Facilities system such as Air Conditioning System, Compressed Dry Air, PCW, Electrical Distribution Board, UPS and pump system. \xc2\xb7 Performing operation, maintenance and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical system and also civil and structure systems. \xc2\xb7 Able to operate electrical circuit breakers such as MCCB, ACB and etc. \xc2\xb7 Able to troubleshoot and rectify field instruments issue. \xc2\xb7 Schedule and plan daily activities as directed by Engineers or Manager. \xc2\xb7 Supervise and monitor of all facilities control system including FMCS, BMS SCADA, HVAC, Ventilation, ion CDA and electrical systems. \xc2\xb7 Electrical systems buy off and testing & commissioning for project hand over purposes. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the building utilities operations for the plant and ensuring the plants meets all Municipal and government requirement such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and etc. \xc2\xb7 Schedule and perform predictive/preventive maintenance for facilities electrical system and implement preventative maintenance program. \xc2\xb7 Perform continuous electrical system improvement and cost saving project. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to ISO 14001 Environmental management system, ISO 9001 Quality, OHSAS 18000 (ISO 4500) and customer standard. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to maintaining facility engineering drawing, operation manual and SOP. \xc2\xb7 Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost savings. \xc2\xb7 Ensure plant utilities capacity track, maintain and sufficiency \xc2\xb7 Plant facility system start-up and shutdown \xc2\xb7 Attending to site matters and technical problems on site through necessary correspondences with all parties inclusive. \xc2\xb7 Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various parties involved in the daily operation issue, customer feedback, compliance, request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation. \xc2\xb7 Project Testing and Commissioning Education Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Instrument/Electronic/Mechanical engineering or equivalent. Must have Electrical LV Chargeman AO/A4 certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Knowledge 1. At least have minimum 3-5 years working experience in facilities engineering or related field. 2. In depth technical knowledge of facilities equipment such as chillers, cooling tower, pumps, AHU, MAU, FCU, dehumidifier, exhaust, FFU, PCW, heat exchanger, compressors, dryers, standby gen-set and etc. 3. Knowledge in clean room design and control specification on particles, temperature, RH, air exchange and room differential pressure. 4. In depth knowledge of Electrical engineering standard, municipal codes and legislation. 5. Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customer. 6. Exposure to building management system (BMS) is strongly recommended. 7. Experience in project management is a plus. 8. Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and OHSAS 18000 (ISO 45000) is preferred. Experiences At least have minimum 2- 3 years working experience in facilities engineering or related field. Experience of Semi-conductor facility is preferred Competencies &Soft Skill Be good at MS-office. Auto-CAD is a must. CET-4 or above. About Micron Technology, Inc.
