Program Manager

FabHotels:

We were established in 2014, with proprietary technology and deep operations expertise driving guest experience, we\'re building India\'s largest & most preferred chain of economy hotels. Currently, we manage 20000+ rooms and deliver best-in-class hospitality at the most affordable prices. With a backing of 7+ years of hospitality experience running FabHotels, India\'s biggest and the most preferred premium economy hotels chain with 1000+ hotels in 65+ cities and catering to 2000+ corporate & SME clients, we understand the critical role that both technology and people play in delivering superior corporate travel experiences.

We have become larger than many established traditional hotel chains and are on track to become the largest Indian hotel chain in the next 18-24 months.

Responsibilities:

- Leading Revenue Matrix for Fab Portfolio, Optimise performance for fab properties across different platforms.

- Deciding growth strategies in collaboration with supply and revenue team, finding growth potential and make implementation plans accordingly

- Design, optimise and drive processes across B2C vertical, Program management of different long and short-term projects

- Leading OTA team, taking end to end ownership of Fabhotels performance on different OTAs (listing, performance and discounting)

- Handling Pricing and Cataloging for Fab properties.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing P&Ls, growth projects and process excellence

- Hands on experience in building and managing large teams

- Problem solving attitude and first principles based approach

- Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset

- Ability to take end to end ownership: understanding business expectations, designing

- Business frameworks, discovering & communicating insights, driving adoption within business

- Driven by being challenged in a fast paced environment and having fun while doing so

- Can-do attitude and passion for learning, constant improvement
