Government Process Re-engineering Expert
Salary : Upto 14 LPA
- Selected candidate will work closely with Government Client and shall be placed at client's location.
- The Expert will provide technical support in mapping current processes (from the standpoint of the govt and applicants), documentation of As-is and To-be processes based on benchmarking, recommendations/Strategy, and way forward for execution, among others.
- Candidates looking for work from home/ remote location need not apply for this position.
Notice Period: Immediate Joining/ 30 days or less
Location: Bengaluru (Client location-based)
Qualification:
- Masters degree in business/ economics/Social Sciences/ or related field;
- At least 5 years' experience in business process reengineering including mapping processes and recommending reforms;
- Experience working on projects related to database optimization, governance, Central/State government digital initiatives;
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
- Demonstrated Leadership, advocacy, persuasion skills and self-motivation;
