Job Description
:
1. At least 5 years of exp. in IT roadmap/strategy/ Project Management, Application modernization, process re engineering etc.
2. B.E./BTech or Bachelors+ MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 colleges
3. Tech skills
a. Project Management/ Program Management of technology assignments
b. Technology Assessment, good understanding of various solution components, Solution Architecture
c. Planning a timeline for completion of Software development projects
d. Supporting Client in Implementing a technological solution to meet business needs
e. Providing advice on technology best practices
f. Producing detailed reports on the efficacy of the technology
g. Report Writing- SRS, FRS, BRD, LLD, HLD etc
4. Soft-skills
a. Excellent written and verbal communication.
b. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
c. Creative problem-solving skills.
d. Analytical and innovation mindset.
e. Good time management and organizational skills
