Roles & Responsibility:- Increase the market share in their territory by tapping the unexplored area, customers and competitions account- Perform the prospecting process in the assigned territory, in order to detect and attract new clients.- Monitoring and implementing of activities/actions according to agreed business plan- Monitor and provide follow-up advice to clients who have received technical-economic proposals.- Maintain updated information on strategic projects, have timely and quality information for proper decision making.- Carry out the negotiation process and closing sales with the client- Periodic review of business analysis for effective forecasting for MIS reportsMust Haves:- Minimum qualification- BE/BTech instrumentation/Electronics- 3-5 years of proven work experience in Sales- Proven track record of selling instruments- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner- Solid technical background with understand and hands-on experience in selling instruments- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent presentation and creativity skills- Willingness to travel (ref:updazz.com)
