Position : Export documentation executive
Location \xe2\x80\x93Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmadabad
Experience : 3 to 10 years
Salary : Salary as per industry standard
Office time : 09:30 TO 06:30 ( 6 DAYS week)
Gander : Female/male
Full :
- Have good knowledge of pre & post export documentation and logistics pertaining to shipment documentation
- Preparing LC shipment\xe2\x80\x99s documents according to UPC guidelines.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Forward and FOREX bound to market.
- Have good knowledge of export custom clearance. Liaising with CHAs, Bankers and Logistics.
- Liaising with Foreign Banks.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all export documentation for audit purposes
- Managing and preparing pre and post shipment documents.
- Planning and Co-ordinating International shipments of goods
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Good communication in English and other languages preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Good Industry knowledge
