Roles and Responsibilities Job Title :Export Documentation Executive@ Abids, Hyderabad for Granite Manufacturing
Location : Abids, Hyderabad
Experience : 3+ years
Required immediate joing candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing customs documents (INVOICE, PACKING SLIP , Declaration etc)
2. Send Scan copy of Export inv to CHA for File shipping Bill
3. Follow up with CHA for checklist and approved checklist for Filling shipping Bill
4. Follow up with CHA for OFN / RR
5. Preparing Draft BL and VGM to submit shipping line after approval by us
6. Preparing Coo, COA, Health certificate and get original certificates from concern department.
7. Follow up with shipping line for BL and, invoice or any updating
8. Container tracking and update to us.
9. Preparing DFIA Licensee sheet and update
10. other Meslenius work related export whenever required
