The Boeing Company is currently seeking a high performing versatile Experienced Product Specialist

to join the Product Support and Services. The Product Systems build team provides comprehensive software solutions to rapidly access and visually transform complex engineering and manufacturing product data. Responsibilities include but not limited to ability to create product roadmap geared towards digital transformation, lead the technical product development, be able to create architecture from scratch and plan and manage deliveries in an agile environment. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops product roadmaps in alignment to business strategy fulfilment
• Ability to plan product and program increments for achieving the best business value add
• Proficient in translating ambiguous business requirements into detailed features & user stories
• Proficient in business stakeholder management & facilitation skills
• Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user's requirements.
• Ensures that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.
• Ability to influence architectural decisions to adopt modern technologies and evangelize about the same
• Ability to prove through proof of concepts and technical research and presentation the best fit amongst emergent technologies to upend business outcomes
• Understands broad based system integrations and interoperability

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Mastery in product roadmap development for large enterprise for digital transformation
• Conceptualizing and designing digital applications
• Experience in Java or .Net full stack application design and end to end integration
• Experience in Cloud security and identity access management [IAM]
• Experience with automated build and release process
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on visualizing and understanding data.
• SAFe for PO/PM or leading SAFe certified

Desired skills:

• Experience in Aerospace domain.
• Designing and implementing API services
• Java Full stack, Angular
• Experience in Data structures, algorithms and Design Patterns.
• DevOps, Continuous Integration. Experience in using any CICD

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Technical bachelor's degree or higher and typically 10 to 14 years related work experience
