Position Overview: Boeing Workplace Solutions is seeking an Experienced Product Specialist - iOS SME to join the Client Computing team at Bangalore, India. Supporting iOS, iOS hardware, as well as other software for iOS mobile devices within The Boeing Company. As a member of the team, you will partner with Workspace ONE administrators, product managers, vendors, solution architects and managers for testing, reporting, troubleshooting, to provide iOS expertise for enterprise mobile products. The successful candidate will have strong technical capabilities, critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills. Position Responsibilities: Perform application testing, Mobile Device Management (MDM) testing, and troubleshooting for mobile devices. Support the full device lifecycle for mobile devices, including device returns and disposal. Collaborate with vendors to roll out new and updated device hardware, software and features. Track and maintain compliance of enterprise iOS devices. Maintain iOS product and process documentation and knowledge articles. Assist with the resolution of issues from end user escalations. Act as backup support for Android mobile devices. BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor\'s degree or higher 8+ years of experience supporting Mac, iOS, Android (Productivity/Rugged Factory) using WS1 4+ years of experience with VMware Workspace One (AirWatch) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Office 365, Apple iTunes, Samsung Smart Switch Experience working on an Agile team Bachelor\'s degree or higher Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 8 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+7years\' related work experience, 8 years\' related work experience, etc.).
