Experienced Health Coordinator/ Customer Relations Management(Female)Job description
We are hiring an experienced Health coordinator cum patient relation building Executive who: - Have excellent communication skills both in verbal and written English for presenting our Healthcare model with perfect vocabulary and fluency. Should be able to explain our model of Healthcare and make presentations at different forums including Incubators, Accelerators and Grant Agencies. Should possess compassion,pleasing manners and patience to induct new subscribers and give comfort to the patients both before and after attending. Time bound target achiever and quick response capability.Work/Task completion in shortest possible timeline. Should be a day and night operations person for coordinating- Actively resolve patient's complaints and ready to help anytime. Should be articulate in coordinating with the Medical team, logistics support, payment gateway and B2B timely and effectively.-Should be IT Savvy and conversant of working with EHR and Digital health platforms.-Should be a proactive(not an excuse professing characteristic)) and dedicated team member of the Startup. Can do follow ups with patients regularly to document the progress of their health. To work on the E.H.R. For Patient registration,Doctor appointment,history,Prescription and payment confirmation and status update regularly.Build the best for B2B partners for Pathology,Pharmacy and Diagnostic service providers.Pay Range- 30,000/- to 40,000/- plus ESOPJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
