Key Competencies
About the role - As a SCM maverick, you must ensure all our kitchens are stocked properly with JIT supplies to ensure minimum stock level with the highest efficiencies and best quality ingredients sourced across the network. This role shall entail a lot of coordinated effort with internal functions like Kitchen Ops, and Finance, to ensure it all comes together in an amazing experience for the end customer in every single order. - Similarly, there will be a lot of external coordination with our logistics partners, warehouse partners, ingredient manufacturers etc.

Ability to work with a multifunctional team
Fulfillment planning and 100% Fill Rate - Ensuring all the products to run the brands are delivered at the right time in the right manner
Last Mile tracking - Tracking daily dispatches from the DC to kitchens
Purchase orders - Raising POs to vendors for products that are getting directly supplied to the kitchens and also ensuring to resolve any financial queries for the transactions if there are any
Resolving kitchen escalation - Handling escalation from the Ops team with regard to stock deliveries

Execute daily plans and how to manage exceptions and disruptions\xc2\xb7
Identify challenges at various stages and find logical solutions
Share regular updates with all stakeholders on the product supplies\' connectivity progress.

Stakeholder Management - Should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely connectivity to the kitchens.
