Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Training Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing training programs for our employees on Doors & Windows and Outdoor Furniture products, installation techniques, and customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement training programs for our employees on Doors & Windows and Outdoor Furniture products, installation techniques, and customer service skills.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing employees.
Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
Coordinate with product development and sales teams to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Work with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Manage training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments, including HR and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training program.


Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the Doors & Windows and Outdoor Furniture industry.
Strong knowledge of training and development best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with learning management systems and other training tools.
Knowledge of Doors & Windows and Outdoor Furniture products and installation techniques.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
