Experience- 4-8 years To be the right fit, you\'ll need:
- Experience in formulation of the Training Plan
- Experience in Training Need Analysis
- Experience in Scheduling, Training Execution, and Coordination of trainings for fresher and laterals
- Experience in maintaining trainer database
- Experience in administering the test and other modes of evaluation for training
- Experience in conducting Training Effectiveness Checks
