What the job involves: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\'s goals. Development of the sales and business development for the city. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach-out, onboarding, activation, and expansion. Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals. Work collaboratively across teams - Product and Marketing. Establish relationships with property owners and vendors. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Understanding corporate capital markets. Lease management including administration, abstraction, payments and audits. Purchase & Cost saving initiatives as per budget parameters. Crisis management. On-boarding new properties as per Housr standards. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development. Extremely high ownership, self starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly changing and fast growing environment. Comfortable in multitasking and working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Comfortable with travel in a dynamic and uncertain start-up environment. Experience in working in Co-living industry/startups. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to backup assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
