Sanmed Healthcare hiring for Production Executive at Factory location Experience : 3 -4 years Qualification: BPharm / MPharm / BSC Responsibilities: Shall report to Production Head and take instructions from him with respect to day to day production schedule. Responsible to check for day\xe2\x80\x99s attendance of workmen and allocate the work. Responsible to initiate change (if any) in production schedule i.e. change in product/Changeover from one product to another with the consultation of senior executives Manufacturing. Responsible for achieving the production target. Responsible for trouble shooting with respect to production and if it is beyond his scope of any decision taking, then to take up the matter with superiors. Responsible for indenting the raw materials required for the day\xe2\x80\x99s production and arrange for dispensing activity and inform the stores personnel accordingly Responsible for allotting work on day to day basis to the staff members, skilled and unskilled workmen and supervise the work of department. Responsible for labelling of the stage/status of the manufacturing process and labelling of the products. Responsible for online monitoring of batch execution activities. Evaluating proposed changes in product, process or equipment. Making sure that new and, when appropriate, modified facilities and equipment are qualified. Responsible to ensure that initial and continued training of personnel. Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures related to production department Responsible for coordination with Quality Assurance department in attending internal and external audits. Responsible for initiating and forwarding the deviations and non-conformance reports and supporting in investigations. Responsible for coordination with the engineering department to minimize production losses due to maintenance break down and compliance to all safety requirements. Responsible for maintaining shop floor discipline and housekeeping as per GMP. Review of executed Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packing Records before submission to QA for Archival. Review of validation / qualification protocols of production department. Any other job assigned by head of the department Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
