PRINCIPAL AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY -
Executive Production is responsible for process parameters as per standard and
yield and quality maintain during manufacturing, as per production plan, Raw
material, packing material indent to stores.
- Documentation indents to QA and execution in plant. BPR review and submit to
- General material requisition monitoring /authorizing and housekeeping inside in
- To ensure no short cut is used in Process. In addition to handling incoming and
document review and preparation and possibly overseeing other staff.
- To encourage and motivate to subordinate with respect to discipline and safety and
any major or minor incident/accident.
- To ensure appropriate utilization of man power in shift as per production plan, to
- To ensure all Raw materials receipt, solvent receipt and verification. Co-ordinate
- To maintain and check batch production records and other record on daily basis.
- To record all deviation and inform it to seniors.
- To ensure the usage of safety appliance.
- To maintain housekeeping inside in manufacturing block.
