Imaging includes magnetic resonance, computed tomography, X-ray, molecular imaging, and ultrasound devices Role: Executive - Public Relations and Internal Communications Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Experience: 3-5 years. Qualifications: PG in Communications / Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Media Skills:

• Ability to convert news into a meaningful story
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Content generation and management
• A knack of looking beyond obvious
• Passion to drive PR effectively in the digitized world

Essential: Experience in PR and Internal communication. Should have had exposure to developing and executing media (Press) strategies which translate into higher visibility for Siemens Healthineers in external and internal media as a thought leader Key KPIS: Public Relations / Media:

• Develop media communication programs and activities
• Formulates core messages paper for the relevant topic and align with communication action plan
• Analyze topic relevant target group, stakeholder, competitors and identify potential communication opportunities
• Create topic-relevant content for various media (Print, Online, social media, TV) and according to state-of-the-art journalistic standards
• Ensure aligned messages and announcements to the media, answer media inquiries
• Organize media coverage for the organization\'s events, press conferences, and activities
• Position and guide Business managers relating to their media appearance
• Establish and maintain a network with target media and the most important journalists
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to publicize the company\'s products, services, and events
• To support as well as coordinate with communication colleagues within zone India and HQ for regular updates, developments, and communication updates

Internal communication:

• Align media materials, such as e-mailers, newsletters, news center stories and intranet
• Contribute to the development of strategies and assist senior managers in creating and refining key employee messages, speeches, and presentations
• Reporting on internal news \xe2\x80\x93 coordination with business colleagues, actively scout for news / stories, promote Siemens Healthineers India on the global platforms
• Manage intranet updates
