Job Description

Role: Marcom/Internal Communications (Senior Executive / Manager) Work Experience: Minimum 7 to Max 10 years

• Prior experience in stakeholder management.
• Prior experience working with designers and content writers
• Prior experience working independently \xe2\x80\x93 execute end to end on projects
• Organizational and planning skills

• Candidate must have experience in IT or any B2B Industry
• Marketing Function - Preferably with Internal Communication experience
• Corporate Communication Function - Preferably with Internal Communication experience
• Advertising - Client Servicing experience (preferable in Multinational or National Advertising agency)

• Minimum graduate.
• Mandatory - Top tier Schools & Colleges (English Medium)

• Proficiency in English is a must - Spoken English is a priority criteria as role requires communicating, negotiating, and collaborating with global stakeholders
• Ability to build good Work relationships and manage stakeholders
• Aptitude to understand data and create trends/ patterns; Analytical ability to convert data into strategic inputs
• Attention to detail

• Global role - Working closely with HR, Recruitment, and other leaders
• Understand different facets of creating a strong employer brand and research for best practices and ideas when required to play an effective role in driving branding / brand perception
• Collaborate and ideate within the team to deliver and provide inputs for high impact communication internally through corporate/internal communication, intranet and social media to create a positive brand image for HTC Global Services
• Responsible for end-to-end management of all deliverables in collaboration with designer and content team
• Engage with vendors/external agencies as and when required
• Plan, schedule, document, track and independently execute projects
