Requisition id -1259842 Executive - Markets - Gurgaon EY is looking for a creative Multimedia designer in print and power point presentations with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients' needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. The designer will work on a variety of products, such as reports, advertisements, Social media banners, brochures, presentation designing, mailers etc. also will collaborate with our designers and BMC team. Your key responsibilities Responsible for developing designs and innovative ideas for client deliverables Responsible for effectively creating layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of colour, images and fonts Responsible for clarifying project briefs/requirements with the clients - understand the complexities and provide the right solutions Responsible for relating design work to the client's business needs Self-starter with the ability to understand and transform sketches and verbal ideas into presentations and visualizations Understanding of current and future visual trends and proactive approach Supports firm brand, understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including VI and branding guidelines Excellent team player, communication (comprehend, verbal & written) and interpersonal skills Your people responsibilities: Will work closely with the client to execute the concept through to completion. Constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the team's work stream Helps to sustain and guide creative process Maintains a high level of knowledge on tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the team's work stream Manages routine Adobe design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines Works effectively in a team environment Skills and attributes for success Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office (Essential) Social Media: Producing content that appeals the target audience, designing posts, pages, and applications, maintains a high degree of knowledge and proficiency on the latest creative trends/tools and leverages that knowledge to create innovative social media project deliverables. (Desirable) Print and Digital advertising, Free hand Caricatures and illustrations (Desirable) Good presentation and communication skills, pro-active at work, people friendly, and team player To qualify for the role you must have Graduate - Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Arts/Graphic/Web Design and/or related discipline Diploma in Print media from a reputed institution Graduate in design (Desirable) Experience Required Associate (1 to2 years) of Relevant experience. Required Executive (3 to5 years) of Relevant experience. Ideally, you'll also have Strong communication skills, Creativity and Graphic Design skills, Must be self-motivated, Be able to produce original/creative social media ideas, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building and negotiation skills Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative Willingness to travel to meet client needs What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative way with our internal clients to provide high-end design solutions, leading to the success of the pitch/proposal being targeted.
