The opportunity : Executive-National-SaT-S&O - Operations - New Delhi

SaT :

EY-Parthenon help clients throughout the deal life cycle. We work with them to assess and prioritize investment opportunities and identify targets to maximize value creation. Once the transaction is underway, we help our clients from post-close judicious planning through implementation and execution of post-merger integration processes.

Transaction Strategy & Execution (TSE) team assists clients to integrate acquired assets and businesses, providing judicious transaction advice and helping execution to attain the value proposition contained in the judicious decision-making process. These would include :

Transaction Integration Services - Integration-related activities (such as people, value, control, execution and technology) and deploying a holistic integration program to help pre-signing activities (e.g., operational due diligence, capability building, transaction tool development).

Sell-Side Carve-Out Operational Advice - TSE offers judicious, integrated, end-to-end transaction and operational advice on how to approach a business carve-out, help evaluate, plan and execute the divestitures to maximise value and minimise residual risk for the vendor.?

Pre-deal Analysis and Due Diligence - This includes comprehensive view of Synergies, Operational Due Diligence and IT Due Diligence services.

PE Value Creation: Engaged by PE companies and sponsors to deliver their investment case by accelerating cash and profit improvements from ideation to results.

Working Capital Advisory Services: Engaged by companies to identify, evaluate and prioritize actionable improvements to liberate cash from working capital through sustainable changes to commercial and operational policies, processes, metrics and procedure adherence.

S&O - Operations :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today's toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Our key focus areas are - Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and infrastructure, EY Parthenon - Strategy and EY Parthenon - Execution.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues
• Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them
• Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• CA/MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with good academic background and high scores in finance/ economics and management subjects
