POSITION SUMMARY

Work in tandem with the larger marketing team to build awareness of brands through relevant campaigns and projects.

ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceive and develop effective and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Create awareness and assist in developing allocated brands.
• Maintain relations with external agencies and oversee implementation of discussed campaigns.
• Proofread and edit copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochure, press release,website, brand decks, newsletters).
• Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials across departments.
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain website and social media pages.
• Coordinate any promotional activities, interviews, photoshoots and events.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing forward events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports directly to Manager - Marketing
Manages directly External Agencies, Graphic Design Associate

PREREQUISITES

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or Communication
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG or events

EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience as a marketing executive or a similar role

KNOWLEDGE

• A good understanding of the Digital Ecosystem and current marketing trends
• Proficient in MS Office, Canva and CRM

SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Strong organization and time management abilities
