Overview The purpose of this role is to lead a global team of content management specialists tasked with providing consistent service and driving solutions for Social Publishing & Engagement (SP&E) capability. This role oversees the maintenance and change management activities associated to support and foster the adoption of Sprinklr Social Publishing which include: training, access management, platform configuration, communications, and integration with other platforms. In addition, the SP&E Lead liaises with IT and Business to identify, test, and implement solutions that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of social publishing. This role report to Global DAM Lead assisting all sectors and categories, and managing internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities . Be a Sprinklr advocate across marketing/comms teams and external partners/agencies, to streamline and support the governance of Social Publishing capability - Influence . Foster the adoption of social listening, partnering with and delivering this service to Business Units and Category teams - Influence . Liase with PepsiCo marketing/comms teams, agencies and third parties to build effective processes for managing the publishing of digital content- Execute/Influence . Co-lead the implementation and configuration of Sprinklr Social Publishing including the the support model, adoption KPIs, enhancements, and integrations - Execute/Influence . Work on a common roadmap with Sector IT / Martech / Digital Innovations to advance Sprinklr SP&E - Decide/Influence . Identify and take part in the design of further integration opportunities within Digital Marketing space to maximize ROI - Execute/Decide . Lead the culture change to embed Social Listening within creative processes- Influence . Coordinate the development of user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption of Sprinklr SP&E - Execute/Decide . Lead quarterly digital reviews with Sector teams across key success metrics - Execute . Continually identify opportunities to optimize processes, implementation, delivery, and system functionality, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability - Execute/Decide . Design, implement and improve SP&E processes and controls across sectors- Execute/Decide . Partner with Business Design Leads to identify new service opportunities- Execute/Influence/Consult People Responsibilities . Lead a team of 4 direct reports in MBS and HBS, with a focus on clarity of vision and direction, well defined roles and responsibilities - Execute . Create strong cross sector Content Engine team community, share experiences, build common pipeline of product enhancements - Influence Qualifications Experience . Minimum 5-7 years experience including Sprinklr . Experience designing and producing reports and dashboards . Basic SQL skills . Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers . Proven track record of activating and leading operational and technology change in complex organizations . Strong communication skills and proficiency in English . Experience directing change management activities such as training and process documentation . Experience managing support teams, ideally for martech
