Job Description
Preparing RFQ Monitoring transit time of material inward Take necessary action to avoid situation of STOCK OUT by creating alternate sources/service provider Monitor timely preparation of PR\' s Monitoring timely submission of bills Coordinating with Accounts for timely payment of bills Coordination with Plant and Safety and Environment department for arranging vehicles for disposal of hazardous material Arranging dedicated vehicles for movement of hazardous material. Various MIS report relating to FG dispatch, Reconciliations of material inward, navigation plans of raw material by road and WCM reports are maintained. Verifying the same and forwarding the same to authorized persons in plant and Corporate Logistics.
