Job Description
1. Job Title: Executive - Legal Qualification : LLB with computer knowledge. Experience : 2-5 Years Gender : Male or Female with pleasant personality. Location: KPHB : 01 position :
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- SRO Registration Experience
- Handling the legal affairs/ cases relating to Real Estate, Liaisoning, Land Survey, Land Acquisition and Developmental Activities.
- Must have knowledge of conducting Legal Due-Diligence of properties to be acquired by the Company.
- Preparing preliminary notes on the property and Title Search Reports (TSRs).
- Should be well-versed with drafting with Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements and other deeds in relation to property.
