Job Description


Position- Executive / Senior Executive Legal 1. Contracting Ability to draft, review and close contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs independently and efficiently strong organizational and interpersonal skills, people management, including ability to work effectively with the business/commercial team proactive, with excellent research, analytical skills and should be able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on legal issues effectively should abreast with all the applicable statutes and laws. 2. Court Litigation To settle pleadings, gather evidence, facilitate court trials, evaluates findings and develop argument strategies to defend organization\'s rights in litigation before all courts, tribunals, forums, quasi-judicial bodies, consumer forums To reviews and finalise litigation documentation. Conducts research on legal matters appropriate to cases. To ensure logical and favourable conclusion to entire lifecycle of litigation processes to ensure consonance with organisational objectives. 3. Knowledge of Food related laws (FSSAI) and Foods industry exposure is must 4. Draft contract templates viz., supply agreement, purchase agreement, service agreement. 5. Drafting legal notice, reply legal notices including in consumer matters including FSO matters 6. Intellectual Property Works viz., Trademarks, Design to review and file domestic and international Oppositions and Counter Statements and vetting of connected legal notices and reply legal notices. 7. Handling the Land matters and Consumer matters 8. Legal Metrology matters 9. Document filing, Record keeping and Legal Documentation. Gathering facts and to do necessary legal documentation 10. Liasoning with the advocates and attorneys Candidate Specifications: The candidate should have a good academic background with a Law Degree (LLB/BL) from a reputable recognized university/ institution. He should be qualified in India with a minimum of 2-5 years post-qualification experience in civil, criminal and commercial laws. Skills: The candidate must have good analytical abilities, problem solving abilities, attention to detail, logical reasoning, persuasiveness, sound judgment, people skills, thinking out legal solutions and arguments, inquisitive nature, symptomatic reading, writing skills (English is must), conversation/ articulation abilities, reading skills (English and Hindi are must), research skills, negotiation skills and organizing skills. He should have good command over Microsoft (MS) Office Applications, note taking and dictation.
