Proactively participate in audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses
Experience in GDPR, NIST Framework, ISO 27001-27002, Service Organization trust service criteria (SOC 1 2) is preferred
Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
Assist Compliance Manager in Addressing client concerns or questions
Assist Compliance Manager during Internal and External Audits
Coordinate with department heads for getting closure of Audit Reports
Act as a connection and liaison between department heads and senior management
Conduct regular assessments to ascertain whether policies are compliant with the law
Ensures that all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
Assist Compliance Manager in day-to-day activities related to Compliance
Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience in IT and /or Security
At least 5 years of proven experience in a compliance executive or Sr. Executive role
Experience in GDPR, NIST Framework, ISO 27001-27002, Service Organization trust service criteria (SOC 1 2) is preferred
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
