Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
Advertise job openings on company\xe2\x80\x99s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Organize and maintain personnel records
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Manage employees grievances
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
