Responsibilities: l Controlling and directing the food preparation process. l Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings. l Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering l Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels. l Approve and \xe2\x80\x9cpolish\xe2\x80\x9d dishes before they reach the customer. l Dish standardization, Production planning and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s. l Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff. l Performing kitchen audits in a timely manner. l Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Qualifications l Proven experience as Head Chef l Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management l Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress l Outstanding communication and leadership skills l Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes l Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS). l Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
